Thank you for shopping at Hinikonotes. We want you to be completely happy with your aesthetic notebooks and stationery supplies. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns Eligibility

• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized journals, digital downloads, and final sale items.

2. Return Process

• If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or because you ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect notebook/item, Hinikonotes will cover all return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
